-Fan sign date is May 26th, due to the location being far away from our office - your item will be shipped sometime after seven to ten business days after the event because it also takes time traveling back to our head office  and also we meet with other winners to purchase their winnings. If you feel offended or angry about the delay shipment situation kindly do not purchase.

-Fan sign date may change if artist company changes its schedule - if rescheduled you will be immediately notified.
-(POST-IT REQUEST ONLY) this option is where you can choose which member write your name/nickname with a comment. We are also able to bring <1> hand written post-it to pass on to the member and it will be given to the staff workers for inspection before giving it to the artist so if you'd like request writing your name/nickname or you'd just like to message them - than you can do that and *no inapproiate messages or will be refunded immediately.
-(POST-IT REQUEST A) entertainment agencies only allow passport written name but we are able to write our nickname on the post-it to have it signed so if there is no message from you regards to name on the notes section - your first name from your shipping address will be written by WONYOUNG EE ^_^

-(POST-IT REQUEST B) when your purchase, on the "NOTES" section write your bias and also your name/nickname written
-(SIGNED PHOTOCARDS RANDOM) pictures of the photocards will be sent to you when we arrive back to our office
-If too many requests and questions you will be immediately refunded
-Only autographed albums are for sale, photocards are NOT included
-If fan sign meeting is postponed you will be immediately notified, if meeting is canceled you will be immediately fully refunded.
-If out of stock you will be immediately refunded
