condition - ACCEPTABLE+ condition - MAGAZINE does have cover edge wear, chipping, small nicks w/pieces missing, aging to paper, inside there are faults such as corner tip creases/bends, and same edge chipping with tiny pieces missing, BUT this is only at beginning first pages of magazine, once past this, everything is GOOD, clean and no tears, no writing, back cover does have age soiling and small nick along side edge with tiny piece missing, back cover has a hole in it (please see photo), NO mailing label on magazine (THERE MAY BE OTHER MINOR FAULTS NOT MENTIONED, hence the acceptable rating)
