This is a comic of Rin Tin Tin and Rusty No. 18 published by Dell Comics in Apr.-May, 1957.  The grade is probably at least a Fair but I will leave that up to the buyer to determine from the scans.

The pictures are of the actual copy being auctioned.  The pages are complete and intact.  There is a large piece missing from the top left of the back cover (see scans).  The comic book has been stored bagged and boarded in a climate controlled environment in a smoke free home.
