One day it worked and then one day it didn't.  Have no patience to deal with it so I ordered a new model.

     I believe that there are less than  1000 prints in the time that I have had this unit. I bought it new.

     It works on XP but I am not sure that they ever developed drivers to go further.

     I am including the ribbons that I have. There should be one new black ribbon and others ribbons including color that have been partially used. With the machine not working I cannot be sure of how much is on any roll.
