Customer Service
If for any reason you feel you cannot leave us 5-star feedback,
please contact us so we can make it right. Customer satisfaction is our top
priority and is needed to keep our business alive. Please message us prior to
leaving feedback or opening a case so we can do our best to resolve whatever
issue you have. We want to gain your repeat business.
Shipping
All items are shipped either via CANADA POST OR USPS. In most cases, we ship orders within 24 hours-48 hours after receiving your payment (not including weekends and holidays) . Express deliveries via Canada post / USPS are available ask for quote. We do allow customers to use their own shipping carrier or local pick-up just send us a message and let us know. As the prices of courier services have surged for international shipping, we advise our customers to demand the dimensions of the parcel and choose the shipping services in their own regions which will be less costly.
RETURNS
We have a 10-day
inspection period for items described as working and offer Free Returns on most
items. We do accept returns in the event your item arrives DOA or is not as
described, as long as free returns are offered at the time of purchase on the
listing. We try to fully examine everything prior to listing and thoroughly
describe each item, but sometimes things slip through the cracks, especially
when dealing with used merchandise. We do not accept returns for listings
described "AS IS."
