FOR CLOTHING ITEMS: Please be sure to measure an item of clothing the same way I have in the photos.  I measure with the item laying on a flat surface, with a tape measure.  For shirts I measure from armpit to armpit.  For pants, I measure from the bottom of the crotch to the bottom of the leg for inseam! For waist I measure from the the actual waist, with the end of the tape measure in the item very slightly pressed.
