This gray iPad belonged to my mom. I do not use it, but have in the past. It works perfectly. I took photos to show operation, then performed a reset and erased the content. It is locked, but I have the PIN. The iPad comes with the Apple cord and charger, and a black Edge brand case. 

Physical Condition: There are no cracks or chips on the glass. The black case is in good shape on the outside, but the blue fabric on the inside has light staining. 

I am not an expert and have described the specs and condition as accurately as I can.
