Up for auction is this vintage passing eye mirror auto accessory.  Would look great on a kustom , sled , hotrod , ratrod,  patina , Bomba,  lowrider. The whole idea behind these mirrors was a safety feature for seeing around the vehicle in front of you in order to pass safely when on coming traffic was clear to do so. It allows you to see ahead of the vehicle in front of you back when most roads were single lane passing.The mirror mounts on the drivers side upper door post. They really do set off a neat look and is a very uncommon sought after accessory . The mirrors are in excellent shape. The chrome has pitting. Not show quality but could be rechromed by a professional.  The mirror hardware is in working order. Screws turn and are not stripped. Thanks for looking and happy bidding.
