Marks/distress to the packaging. 
This includes marks and/or rips to the packaging. There might also be packing tape on some of the packaging. 
One of the larger plate packages has a mark on the plate and it looks like it is actually on the plate not on the packaging. I am not sure how this has happened as the package has never been opened. The marks is lining the outer rim of the bottom plate. Please see photo 21.
