This one is in Excellent pre-owned condition and is as close to like new as you will find in a previously owned digital camera.  Super Nice.  Original cord, new Duracell AA Batteries and replacement box from a different Canon digital camera (for safe delivery).  Not the original box, but works great to ensure safe keeping, and in this case, safe shipping,  There is NO memory card included in this sale.
