If graded, I'd say this book is a 8.0/8.5 or better. Front cover has a slight spine roll, slightly blunted corners (small chips on top and bottom corners of spine - bottom chip is a tad larger than the top chip), some spine ticks, and some light creasing and folding along edges. Back cover has some areas of scuffing, a few small micro tears along left edge and some light creasing and folding along edges. Inside pages are complete/attached with some pages having perforation tears, some foxing and scuffing, very small chips on a few pages, some small corner folds here and there and general wear for its age/grade. Presents well!
