Although I will happily accept returns if you change your mind, I do not refund any die set that has been used or removed from the cardboard packaging. RETURN POSTAGE PAID BY BUYER.

I check all die sets for damaged or missing pieces before posting them. 

Sadly, due to the amount of dies that go missing when sent standard 2nd class, I have to charge £1.50 per order to help with the cost of signed for or tracked postage.

These are all genuine Tattered Lace die sets in their original packaging. A few may be missing the cellophane bags but the dies are new.
