New Vintage Neopets Kougra Talking Plushie new with defects !

Plushie has been taken out of case. I inspected the batteries and they were corroded. I replaced the batteries but the voice interaction doesn't work, maybe it can be fixed.

The box was not stored carefully and is dented and plastic is ripped
