Very good vintage condition.  Some fine surface scratches, rhodium plating wear around shank, and patina.  Stone has natural striations, inclusions, imperfections, and faint color variations (see close up pic).  Inner shank is marked with something that begins with "S", possibly Silver.  Ring acid scratch tested positive for .925 sterling silver.
