Excellent pre-owned condition. Minimal fine surface scratches or other signs of wear.

The stones tested as diamonds using the Presidium II gem tester. We are not gemologists and cannot make an accurate representation as to the 4 Cs. They are visibly high-quality, with icy color and clarity, as you can see from the pictures. The pendant is not a mass-produced piece; indeed, it was created by a jeweler who hand-set the diamonds using a custom/limited casting created by Adwar Casting, a renowned New York jewelry company that creates precious metal castings and mounts for jewelers.

Each diamond measures 1.4 to 1.47mm, which converts to roughly .013 carats for each stone. There are 52 diamonds total. Based on the average size and number of stones, the total carat weight of the

diamonds is roughly 0.676 (about 2/3) carats. The pendant is marked "(c) a/c," indicating that the cross was made by Adwar Casting. There is a partially struck mark on the bottom of the cross, and another mark at the base of the bale, but they are too illegible. The pendant is solid gold, not hollow, weighing 7 grams. It measures a hair under 1 & 1/4" long from top of bale to bottom of pendant. It measures a hair over 5/8" wide. It acid scratch tested positive for 18k gold.

The chain measures roughly 2.0mm wide. The chain length is 18" and is secured by a spring ring clasp marked 14k. A random section of the main chain acid scratch tested positive for 14k gold. It weighs 4.4 grams. It is NOT original to the necklace.

The pendant is a rounded, stoic Latin cross. The full top surface is encrusted with sparkling prong-set pave diamonds, even along the rounded sides. It catches light and sparkles from a wide range of angles with the slightest movement (see video).

A very special, reverent piece.
