I am no expert on what you consider condition so I briefly describe all I can about an item as I've seen it, adding photos highlighting flaws I find. I don't clean/dust/refurb items IF required - I'm no expert, I've had items I purchased on ebay refurbed and ruined by well meaning amateurs myself!
