made in Italy, point collar, extra long sleeves for cuffed wear, button down front, button flap chest pockets, paneled construction, button tabs at outer back hem, white thicker twill weave denim self that has received special vintage treatments per the label, denim is still thicker / stiff and has not been very broken in, buttons are branded 'helmut lang NY NY' which to the best of my knowledge dates this jacket to the early 2000s - the end of the OG Helmut Lang label, 134 HW 5004 XEY C/05032
