*** Beyond Rare Ralph Lauren Polo utility Canvas and Leather Messenger Bag***

As a messenger bag collector and recovering, vintage Ralph Lauren messenger bag hoarder, I'm faced with the reality of my addiction and having to face reality. As a result I'm listing some exceedingly rare bags that you will likely never see anywhere else.

This is one of those bags! I have owned this bag for at least 10-year and have used it less than sparingly. I have never seen another one like it before or since. The build quality and materials are every bit in the class of RRL offerings including:

• Heavy weight burnished full grain leather straps and detailing
• Vintage patina hardware
• Meticulous stitching and reinforcements
• Unique RL stenciling on the cover flap and both ends with military type markings
• Extra reinforced leather gusseting where the non-removable canvas strap attaches
• Premium full length leather bottom pad and corners with diamond stitch reinforcing
• Diamond stitch reinforced "quilted" pattern on the bottom quart of the bag
• Double pouch pockets with leather details and military style closures
• Beautiful, patina leather details everywhere from the shoulder pad to the double straps for the flap cover
• All markings, and "wear" are typical of RL/RRL military style bags and are a part of their unique, one-off design
  
• Tag - On the inside of the bag and stitched in with one of the seems is a small "made in" label. The label is approximately 3/8"W x 3/16"H. Photos are included.

Other details include military grade canvas carry handle and straps. The approximate bag dimensions are shown in the photos. This is a "loosely" organized bag that includes the two pouch pockets shown as well as the one interior sleeve pocket suitable for a large cell phone, wallet, passport, keys, etc.
