Here is a vintage GI Joe 1982-1983 Grunt.  He's the swivel arm 1.5 version.  The card is series 2/20 back with the peach file card.  It has been AFA Graded NM as an 80 with an 80 for card 85 for blister and an 85 for figure.  I don't see any elbow fractures on the figure and the O-ring on the figure is intact.  It Comes in a wrapped AFA Acrylic Case.  The plastic wrapped around the Case may show minor signs of storage wear.   A Cool graded figure for display and a definite Centerpiece for your GI Joe collection.  These are getting very hard to find.  Item will be packaged and shipped carefully Priority Mail with Signature Confirmation.  Enlarge the images for it is the actual item you will receive.  Thanks for taking the time to look at my items.
