The console comes with the power cord but no controller. This item has been recently tested and works fine. Full disclosure: This console does run loud when using a disc. I do not know if this is normal for this model or if this is an issue with this particular console. There are scuff marks on the top of the console.
The firmware version is the latest available 4.91.
