Obtaining Certificates of Authenticity:
Notification of certificate stamp submission
MUST be made at time of payment. No refunds will be made after 60 days from
date of sale unless additional time is granted. Due to the high cost of
obtaining certificates, we will only refund the cost of the stamp and not the
cost of the certificate for stamps sold for less than $125 with a negative
certificate.Stamps sold for more than $125 will be reimbursed in full for both
the cost of the stamp and the cost of the certificate,if the stamp does not
conform to the description. For American stamps, certificates from William T
Crowe, the Philatelic Foundation, PSE or APS are accepted.
SHIPPING FEE
Rates:
Purchases under $35 shipping fee = $3
Purchases between $35 & $75 shipping fee = $10 (registered)
Purchases between $75 & $200 shipping fee = $12
Purchases between $200 & $350 shipping fee = $18 
Rates for regular letter and less than 1.75oz
 Purchases over $350 will be send by FedEx or DHL = cost between $25-$60
For USA = $35
