Bareuther Waldsassen, Made in Bavaria Germany.
The center image is featuring some 22 karat gold painted roses.
The rim is gold painted as well.
The item is marked as handmade.
The oval bowl is off porcelain and approximately 13.5 inches (34.5 cm) from end to end.
It is approximately 8 inches (20 cm) wide and approximately 2 inches (5 cm) in height.
