These are celluloid buttons from the Art Deco period, with a dramatic openwork centre.   They are 1¹/₁₆” (~27mm) in diameter & ¹/₈” (3mm) in thickness.  The colour is coral pink – a shade between orange & pink.  4 of the buttons are in good condition.  An additional 2 will be included but somewhat deteriorated, as shown in the photos.

The buttons have been packed carefully for safety in transit.  Please enquire if your country is not shown. The buttons will be packed in plastic to avoid scratching in transit but should be removed on receipt. Celluloid plastics are not as stable as modern materials. Breakdown products will accumulate in plastic & autocatalyse degradation. Store in paper or wooden containers.
