PRODUCT INFORMATION

What will i receive? 1 x 15cm SQ approximately wooden book with insert pages with the words 'My special memory of you' 'With love'. This is printed on both sides of the insert pages. If you select 25 insert pages, you can write 50 memories. You will also receive a FREE postcard style A5 Sign with the words 'Please share your special memories' made from quality 250gsm cardstock. You can use this in a frame, or place in anyway you wish (please note this sign does not stand up by itself)

Size: 15cm SQ approximately

Description: Its such a sad time when a loved one dies, remembering them is the most important way. This personalised wooden keepsake book is prefect to place at the wake for people to write a memorable event, moment or admiration quote that will bring some comfort in difficult times ahead. Your book will be carefully and lovingly wrapped and eco bubble wrapped and placed into a box. I then place your box into a eco mailing bag, so you can use the box to keep your wonderful book of memories safe. Its such a nice feeling to think of the planet when making your purchase and i do everything i possibly can to ensure i use eco friendly items when creating and packaging your item.

Payment

Please ensure payment is made immediately on orders placed. Orders will not be processed until payment is cleared

Despatch

Orders are hand crafted and sent within 3 working days of receiving clear payment. If you need your item sooner, please contact me before purchasing to ensure i can meet your requirements

Postage

1st or 2nd class, please ensure you select your preferred postage option. Please note 1st class is 1-2 working days and 2nd class is 2-3 working days. If you need your item quicker, please ensure you have selected 1st class for your best chances of arrival in time. I am unable to guarantee delivery dates

Returns

Due to the nature of my items, i am unable to accept return or offer refunds unless an error is made by me. For damaged in transit items, please contact myself within 48hrs including photos of the damaged item and please include photos of the packaging so i can do the needed investigation with the relevant company(s)/people
