If graded, I'd say this book is a 8.5-9.0 or better. Front cover has a couple of small spine ticks, "dings" in corners of spine, some areas of light folding (edges of cover slightly folded over inside pages (nothing major, but worth noting) and some light scuffing (over some of white parts of cover -see pics). Back cover has some scuffing in white parts of cover, scratch over UNI in UNIVERSE and some light areas of creasing/folding (around edges of cover). Inside pages are complete/attached with some pages having perforation tears and a few pages have very small chips in top corners. Presents very well! I'm sure a good press/clean could boost this up on the grading scale.
