  • There are inset plans of 16 cities on the reverse side, including Albany, Bend, Grants Pass, Eugene, Salem, Medford, and Portland.


  • The map was issued by the Oregon Highway Department in 1978 and is dated in the legend. The code number in the lower margin is 1-78.


  • The photo on the cover shows a bus on U.S. Route 20 through Deschutes National Forest, between Sisters and Santiam Pass in the central Oregon Cascades.
