fold-out 1978 official highway map of Oregon, printed more than 46
years ago.
- This map opens to a generous
23" x 33" and has great detail on old road
alignments, with cartography by the Oregon State Highway Department,
Salem.
- There are inset plans
of 16 cities on the reverse side,
including Albany, Bend, Grants Pass, Eugene, Salem, Medford, and
Portland.
- The map was
issued by the Oregon Highway Department in 1978 and is
dated in the legend. The code number in the lower margin is 1-78.
- The photo
on the
cover
shows a bus on U.S. Route 20 through Deschutes National Forest, between
Sisters and Santiam Pass in the
central Oregon Cascades.
- Condition: This map is in very good condition, bright and clean, with no marks, rips,
