• Previously owned but in fair to good condition -- some dust/dirt/surface marks; some white streaks in some places; some black paint coming off in places; a metal step on back of tender has one post not attached to bottom of tender; bit of grease/lube on bottom; etc -- PLEASE SEE PHOTOS
  
• Tested and runs in both directions but it will need TLC including wheel cleaning, and oil and lube and adjustment of the drawbar spring to make better electrical connection with tender
  
• Remember that this needs the tender connected to it to run. The tender picks up power from one rail and the loco picks up power from the other rail. 
• Headlight works bit missing cowling
