The cover features Rainbow Brite, Red Butler, Starlite and Twink. Book is 10" wide x 13" high. Each page is photographed. The outfits are to be worn by Rainbow Brite and Red Butler. As stated, "no scissors are needed" as fashions are pre-cut. Book was owned by a collector and as such has not been played with. Book is intact.
