front pocket is a figural, dome-shaped applique of a coffee cup half, filled to the brim. A coffee-colored top adds fun, realistic detail. In the center, there’s a coffee-cup-shaped applique with the word “Luke’s” embroidered in the middle.

The zipper charm is a chalkboard with “Today’s Special” written on it, and above the coffee-shaped pocket, a cupboard of brightly colored printed coffee cups appears.

The side panels of the backpack include various rules you might find in Luke’s Diner, such as “No cell phones” on one side panel and an additional list on the other. On the back, the coffee cup makes an encore appearance as a blue, printed outline, with “Luke’s Gilmore Girls” printed inside
