There is some discoloration/sun fading of the front of the house & some of the base area. Please see the last 3 photos and zoom in for a closer look.

The doorbell is working with new batteries

This item will be shipped flat packed and will need some assembly. It fits together like a puzzle and I found the process to be much easier than a Lego set :)
