This card is in NM to M condition pulled from a fresh hobby box pack and placed into a sleeve/top-loader or one touch immediately and has not been moved since. Any scratches or dots you see are on the plastic one touch case or sleeve and not the card itself. I consider all cards NM-M freshly pulled from a pack. I can provide pictures as requested if needed.

To ensure the card reaches you in in best possible condition, it will be shipped inside a one touch, top loader, or semi ridged plastic holder (any item showed in just a penny sleeve will be shipped in a semi ridged). It was be held shut with painters tape and put inside another padded bubble mailer shipped inside of a media box with USPS Advantage.
