Green grommet one is SOLD - New old stock GM part# 3991164 also was 357734 and 6271609 parking brake release handle and cable assembly for Chevrolet 1971-76 passenger cars and 1973-77 A Body cars.  Shows up for GMC Sprint too.  Could be for other GM brands too, we did not chase those applications down.  Please purchase based on your knowledge of your car's needs.  First buyer opted for the green grommet one because his car originally had the green grommet.  The loose one has the green cable end grommet and the lettering on that one is slightly brighter white.  Black grommet one has the original package.  Great to have a spare at this low price!  Found loose in an old Chevrolet dealership.  PLEASE be sure this fits your needs - no returns.  See photos.
