Vintage Liz Claiborne Belted Shirt Derby Day Dress.  Beautiful Red with White trim, gold button at neck and 7 hidden buttons rest of length of dress.  Removable shoulder pads.  Hidden pocket in skirt on each side.  Removable belt (35" in length) which covers an elastic waist.  Size petite 12.  This is in very nice condition.  All original tags, never worn, including extra buttons in envelope.  Please see pics for more details.

Measurements: Size 12 Petite.  Sleeve length approximately 11".  Total length approximately 45" from back of neck to bottom hem.  Shoulder to shoulder 16".  Shoulder to waist 20".  Waist to bottom hem approximately 25".
