This is a hard to find vintage PYREX France 346 E casserole or baking tart dish, which rests into a gold toned metal carrier or trivet with handles and ornate detailing. 

It appears to be minimally used; there are only a few marks with indicates wear on the gold tone metal carrier, and I only see a small mark on the end of the PYREX glass baking dish which may be from time of production as it is exactly at the end - Or, it is a scratch on the glass that does not go through. I also see a light swirl on the base which seems to be from time of production.

In terms of measurements, the carrier is 16" in length, and is 10 1/4" in width. The actual glass baking dish is 13 1/2" in length, about 9 1/4" in width, and is is 2 1/2" deep. 

Given that the company licensed the name and changed the formulation around 1998, the fact that this dish is labeled PYREX in capital letters would indicate it is from before that time.
