Strikingly large vintage Chinese ceramic  "Foo" dog or lion. Glazed in the "Famille Verte" range of green, ochre, and blue hues. Used to guard Chinese homes to protect family wealth and social status. 

Measures 11.5" wide x 6.5" deep x 19.5" high.
