I DO NOT have tape to see if it plays. The wheels work and I will send you video on request! I would say that it does work. It was well taken care of. I just don’t have any tape for it lol. I guess it’s missing the front cover. Other than that the buttons work and the hour gauge counts and resets. I don’t know much else about this item.
