Broken set of excised prints. Set includes 72 of the called for 86 plates. Left margin appears to have been removed from book with scissors. One plate has Chapman College Library stamp. At least six plates have various sized brown marks. See scans. Poor Condition.
Landmark Thompson & West publication of the history of Los Angeles County including areas of what is now Orange County. Sadly, removed from book and missing 14 plates. But as they say, most of the remaining plates are "suitable for framing". Book is not included--only prints. Poor / none.
