Overview

This LED exposure unit is designed for screen printing with a maximum screen frame size of 25 x 28 inches (71x64 cm external diameter). It features 12 LED ultraviolet lights for optimal exposure.

Different brands of emulsion require varying exposing times. Operators need to test with this machine to determine the best exposing time.

Countdown Timer Instructions:

1. Press the C button to reset the timer before use. The display will show 00:00:00 and flash.
2. Set the countdown time using the hour, minute, and second buttons, and the screen will show ON.
3. Press the start/restart button to initiate the exposure process.

For example, to set the exposure time to 5 minutes and 30 seconds:

- Press the C button to reset the timer.
- Set the minutes to 5 and the seconds to 30.
- Press start/restart to begin, and the light will turn off automatically after 5 minutes and 30 seconds.

Buyers from Guam, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Alaska, Hawaii, PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses or other countries/areas, there WILL be extra shipping costs, please contact us for more detailed information.

Returns & Exchanges

▲  All returns must be made within 14 days of delivery date. Items must be in new, unused condition, with all original materials included with the shipment. A partial refund may be applied for opened or damaged items, depending on the condition.

Defective & Damaged Products

▲ Replacement or refund of defective or damaged products can only be returned in exchange for the exact same product, or else, the purchase price will be refunded back to your original payment method.

eCheck Issues: Payments via eCheck do not clear immediately. Usually you will wait 5-7 days after checkout for it to clear. Then we will arrange shipments for you.
