Significant damage to the cover. It's gone from the spine. Rubbing and bumping to edges, very significant. 

Pages tanned with some foxing. 

Some pages have tears, or missing corners,  see it on the pictures. 

Also some pages have notes, marks and writings in pencil or coloured pencil. 

Binding is becoming loose. First few pages detached.
