You are bidding for a blue Apatite Sphere originating from Madagascar.
This sphere has been polished, and weighs 117g. There are a few carve markings on this piece. THis item has some very nice colouration.
This is quite a rare material.
Apatite
The
mineral was named apatite by the German geologist Abraham Gottlob Werner in
1786. It is a phosphate based mineral which can occasionally be used in
gemstones.
For
the metaphysically minded, some believe that Apatite clears away confusion,
apathy or negativity, then stimulates the intellect to expand knowledge and
truth.
