Made in Belgium 

Champagne gold table cloth had with tonal embroidery on it that was still tied with original white ribbon and has cardboard in the center. There are some light marks from being moved over the years on the surface of the table cloth in a few places. Please see pictures. Napkins are matching design and cloth marked with a little blue sticker the a LE Bell. 

Table cloth (I carefully took the ribbon off after I took pics and opened it up to measure then folded it back up as it was originally)
