Signed Framed Watercolor Painting 

Custom Framed in Denver Colorado 

This is a gorgeous vertical watercolor painting of some sailboats tied up at the dock. The most striking feature is the blue ombre of the rippling water. This could be used for a variety of settings in so many rooms of your home especially if you have a love of the ocean. It is signed in the lower right hand corner. I cannot read the first name it looks like Mort which might be short for Morton. The last name is for sure Schneider. 

Frame Condition

Custom framed by Artcraft Frame Shop that no longer exists but once was in Denver, Colorado. Wooden frame is in pretty decent condition. It looks like a wood with a white wash paint layer. The corners meet at an angle. This was framed with no glass over the painting. There is a small red area of discoloration on the outter left side of the frame.

Nicely detailed watercolor painting. Great condition, no flaws. Please see pictures for close ups.
