Clearly marked in blue at top of map “War Office Edition” and “Military System” this map
is vintage and attractive to the collector or anyone interested in cartography.
Unfolded size 88cm x 70cm (34.5” x 27.5”) - Folded 4 times to 23 cm x 17.5 cm.

This map is 73 years old and has some yellowing on the reverse and obvious creasing

where the folds are. The front is perfectly legible, and has retained its colour over the years. It has proved difficult to photograph in one piece due to the size, so smaller areas have been selected to give a better indication as to quality and content.

Condition is as photographs, which you should examine carefully, as this is the item you will be purchasing.
