Do you collect every variation out there? Check and see if you have this one! This card is from the 1989 Chinese Chen series and this card is the light blue back version. You are looking at the front and back of the card. In the second picture I've taken another comparison against the light blue, dark blue, and purple backs (SCARCE) of the different variations. Check out my other listings to view them. Quite a neat item for sure!
