DANBURY MINT COMPLETE SET OF 60 STERLING SILVER MEDALS / COINS CIVIL WAR THEME

This is a Wonderful Complete set of 60 Sterling Silver Medals/Coins. This set is the " The Medallic History of the Civil War". All coins are in Proof condition. The set come with a display book and cards with data about each coin. The set came out in 1971. A few coins have toned nicely.. This will make a great gift item or addition to someone Civil War collections. The total weight of silver is approx. 60 troy oz. Don't miss this set they don't come up for sale offend.

This item is listed as sterling silver but this is the only set I have ever seen that is real 24 K gold plated. Each coin is listed on one of 30  card telling about the coin, one coin on each side of 30 cards

This item comes with the factory book and all 60 coins that contain approximatly 60 oz of sterling silver, I don't know the gold weight but, when they were made 24K gold was only $32.00 per oz.  The current Silver value is believed to be around $1,800.00 without the 24 Kt Gold value or coin and book values.
