One vintage OTC lumbosacral support girdle/corset. Size 36.  Style #454. White cotton or cotton blend. Laces up. This is kind of heavy so guessing steel stays. Zipper with hook and eye closure. 

Excellent, possibly unworn as still has elastic bands on the straps.
