The top has been worn but remains in excellent condition. All tags have been cut out, so I'm unsure what brand, fabric, or size it is. Roughly a size 18, but please refer to the following measurements.

Bust width is 23 inches

Length is (from underarm seam to bottom hem) 13.5 inches

The top is in a lightweight and flowy fabric, which is great for the summer. There is a flounce ruffle detail at the sleeves and a strap going across the back.
