there is a part in the baggie, looks like it needs installed, this is untested and might need restored, the is some bends on the bell rim, scratches wear and has been sitting a long time, some kind of solder on the rim top

there is a no 3 under the 1940 and on the mouthpiece I only see a 2 with a star next to it
