The Heirloom Accessories (also known as Josefina's Heirlooms and Josefina's Heirloom Accessories) were introduced to Josefina's Collection in 1998 and retired in 2018. They are associated with the book Happy Birthday, Josefina!and paired with the Feast Day Finery. 

Shawl

Gold-colored mantón (Manila shawl). Flowers embroidered in the corners of the shawl. Each large flower is orange with a white center and black accents as well as a red trim. Flower stems are light green with darker green stitching outlining them. Stems have four flowers: two orange and two red, each with white centers and black accents.

Fan

Black lace fan. Attached black tassel.

Choker

Black choker made of black elastic. Attached gold pendant. Gold clasp.
