Palm rests are clean, brand new, no sweat or wear. The exterior is almost all brand new, with the plastic included for your un-peeling pleasure.
Processors were re-pasted with fresh thermal paste, and the cooler was replaced with new fans and heat pipes.
The battery is brand new and has no use cycles on it.
Two NVMe slots are available, as well as a 2.5'' ssd/hdd slot which requires a special cable (dell part number 02K51N)
Included is a 256GB NVMe SSD, this isn't that big of an SSD, but normally users just buy their own 1-2TB performance SSD's anyway and replace what the laptops normally come with.
If you would like me to buy a mid-range 500GB - 1TB SSD and install it, let me know and I will have it in there with windows 10 pro pre-configured with all the drivers and debloated just like it is now.
Keyboard is brand new and the rgb backlight is vibrant. Both Alienware alien head logos on power button and on top cover work great.
